    Bottom duplex is adorable. Always clean and early check in if it's available. Walking distance to everything. Large deck with ocean view. Michelle has always been very helpful.

    Had such a nice time escaping the Central Valley heat is this rental. Michele was so helpful and drove right down to help me when I didn’t understand how to use the lock box. Everything was provided that I needed for the week. Just the right place for me!

    This property was in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Since there is an empty lot adjacent to the back of house there is a clear view of the beach area from the patio. Property management contacted us when we had questions (a tad delayed) and overall a nice place to stay in Cayucos.
