This large 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home will fit the entire family. Entry level has the kitchen, living and dining area in one roomy, open space. Wood burning fireplace in living room, and the front of the room is all windows, giving you views from north of the pier to Morro Rock. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs. Washer and dryer are in double garage, and room to park 4 more cars in the driveway. Downstairs holds 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a wood burning fireplace in one of the downstairs bedrooms. Downstairs also has a bonus room with a bar and tv. There are 3 queen beds, 1 king, 2 doubles and 1 double futon to sleep everyone. There is a courtyard on the street side of the property, and a large patio on the beach side of property with private steps to the beach.

  We area group of 9 friends who get together every year on the same weekend and we had a great time at this location. There was plenty of sleep and lounge space. It was nice to have as many bathrooms as there were, too. The location was great and space was awesome. We hope to rent again next year.

  Love this home as it can accommodate my family. They all love this home also, it's beautiful, roomy...we can send all of the kiddos downstairs to play when not at beach...also roomy enough to do some arts/crafts with younger kiddos. It is close enough to food/restaurants and/or just meandering around towns Cayucos and Morro Bay...or you can drive into San Luis Obispo...or to the outlets in Pismo

  Had our immediate family (11 total) there for a coast retreat. Great house. For sleeping 12 it needs more paper goods (TP & paper towels)and silverware. No kitchen cloth towels which we bought 3 and left them. Please buy a new bbq. It's so rusted the baffles fell apart as I cleaned them. Other than these its a great house in a great location. We will be back

  We had an awesome long weekend in Cayucos in this rental. The view from the three oversized windows overlooking the downstairs patio and ocean was a million dollars view. It was spectacular! We would sit for hours watching the tide ebb and flow and watch the occasional otter and other seabirds on the shore. Thank you Kathy Irvin and Highway I Rentals for this opportunity.   We had an amazing vacation in Cayucos. This home was perfect for the needs of our family. We each enjoyed having our own space! Having the beach right outside our living room window was great because we could watch the grandkids play, enjoy the ocean and catch glimpses of dolphins and otters too. Make sure you go to the Great American Melodrama in Oceano, it's a wonderful family-friendly production. Restaurants in Cayucos, Morro Bay and Cambria are worth exploring. Amazing desserts at "The Sea Shanty" in Cayucos!

  We stay here every year . It’s a large home that allows us to spread out. We enjoy the beautiful patio overlooking the ocean. The steps down to the beach are cement and feel very safe.The kitchen is remodeled and there’s a brand new fridge that fits everything we need for the weekend.
  
  The kitchen/living room does get hot when cooking dinner and a few bed frames need to be repaired but that won’t keep us away. It does seem like the owners are upgrading things here and there.
  Overall , The size of the rental and patio is great. We will be back next year!

  This was our 30th time this house. It is a wonderful house for a large family. The owners have kept upgrading throughout the years. My only complaint is that we rent the 180 degree view of the ocean. The windows need to be cleaned for each renter. The large windows hadn’t been cleaned in over a year.

  Great location. Kitchen remodeled and fabulous with plenty of pots and pans and dishes and flatware etc.. Furniture in livingroom very shabby. Holes in one set of sheets. Bed skirt ripped. Fairly clean.Needs deep cleaning. Water pressure excellant. Beach access steep stairs but die over view out windows.Lots of bedrooms.Plenty of start up household supplies.Deck downstairs a little inconvenient but we used it.Should build enclosure around trash cans. Should not be the first thing you see when you open gate to the property.The rental fee seemed high for the condition of the furniture. Try Craigs list people.
