  Cayucos is a great place for a relaxing beach vacation. The property was clean and comfortable with access to the beach and an ocean view that can’t be beat. The property is only a five minute walk from downtown Cayucos. The kitchen was missing a few key items, or we just couldn’t find them. If the following could be added, the kitchen would have everything we needed: a working can opener, a couple of potholders, a baking sheet, and a grill brush to clean off the bbq. For a relaxing week at the beach, this condo is almost perfect!

  Overall it was a good experience. Great location. Very handy to beach access. The shower was a little hard to get regulated to the right temperature. The building might require some pest control service due to spider webs in entryway and also on back balcony. The rear right stove burner seemed to be inoperable. Upon arrival, half of the light bulbs were not working or missing in the kitchen and bathroom. But the kitchen was stocked well and everything else was handy.

  FABULOUS place! Plenty of room, comfy beds, comfy couch, full kitchen with all the necessary appliances, place settings, cookware, etc. The view from the private deck is breathtaking! We had the most relaxing and enjoyable Christmas...definitely will be returning!

  Very nice condo, great view. our only complains were, there were bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom and they only provided 4 towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 roll of paper towels for 5 days.
