This home is perfect for the larger family bringing children. Located a half block to the beach and a short 10 minute walk to downtown shopping, dining, pier and fun. The main bedroom has a queen bed and attached bathroom with a large walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and third has 2 sets of bunks, each with a twin on top and roomy double on the bottom. There is a second bathroom located in the hall with a tub and shower. The garage has been converted into a den, complete with couch, tv and laundry facilities. Beautiful kitchen with all appliances, pots, pans and dishware you'll need to create your gourmet meals. Backyard has a large patio with firepit, basketball hoop and ping pong table.

  Stayed for a week. The house was clean, bright and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised with how spacious this house was. The shower in the master was great!

  Our Family was so happy to walk into this house to find it even more spacious then we had hoped for. There were 8 of us staying for a week, 6 adults and 2 young children. The house was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. It was great fun to take a convienent one block daily walk to the beach. We will be happy to stay here again!

  This rental was recently remodeled and has new appliances. It is a comfortable rental with the exception of the bed in the master. Great location with coastal access at end of street. We definitely recommend this house for your stay in Cayucos.
