  First off, this is the best spot in Cayucos! A balcony directly over the pier and its menagerie of locals and tourists. A people watching paradise! Throw in some good waves and every day was as relaxing as you want. All the amenities you need and more! Michele and the staff at Highway One Realty are very accommodating. Loved our stay here!

  This was a great place to stay. Right in the middle of town everything is within walking distance and just wow loved listening to the ocean as we were falling asleep. It’s an older place but very nice and had everything you would need during a stay. We will definitely be back III the years to come!
