It is located 1 and a half blocks to the beach with public access, and just a short walk to downtown. It's 2 blocks from the Cayucos Super Market and Sea Shanty, giving you convenient grocery and dining options. From the well appointed interior to the large and private back yard and deck, you may never want to leave! The entry level has a large, spacious living room, dining area and sitting area which attach to the fully stocked kitchen. Front load washer and dryer are tastefully hidden in the kitchen. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed with a 3/4 bathroom across the hall. Upstairs you'll find bedroom #2 with a queen bed and a private patio with peeks of the ocean. The open office room is also upstairs with a full size sofa bed and nice desk/work area. Also upstairs is the 2nd 3/4 bathroom.

Back yard is fenced in and private. Hot tub, coal bbq's and a bonus pool house (small room with couch and mini fridge).
